Location: Hillsboro, OR

Pay: $19-21.50/hr.

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | 8-4:30 with OT Periodically

Their team works together to ensure every order is packed and shipped with care while maintaining a positive and efficient warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce and subscription box orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow daily fulfillment schedules and production priorities
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to verify and process inventory
• Label and prepare shipments using shipping software and warehouse equipment
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory and supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
• Communicate with Leads and team members to ensure orders are completed on time
• Report damaged products, shortages, or quality concerns promptly

What You Need to Have:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, packing, or production experience is a plus
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

The Musts:

• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience using RF scanners or WMS systems
• Previous e-commerce or subscription fulfillment experience
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control
