Job Overview-
We are seeking reliable and highly motivated Administrative Support professionals to assist turnaround execution teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. These roles are essential to keeping field operations running smoothly during high-intensity turnaround periods.
Key Responsibilities-
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to turnaround teams
- Assist with supply management (coffee stations, printer paper, office materials, etc.)
- Handle email communication and general correspondence as needed
- Support data entry tasks, including spreadsheets, printing, and document distribution
- Assist with coordination needs during active turnaround operations (day and night shifts)
- Help maintain organization and workflow efficiency in a high-activity environment
What We’re Looking For
- High energy, strong initiative and a “whatever it takes” attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Email, Excel/Spreadsheets, Document Handling)
- Experience with turnaround operations
- Must possess a valid TWIC card

Salary : $25 - $30
