What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Coordinator position at OpTech?
We are looking for strong Recruiting Co-Ordinator for one of our Direct Client.
Location - Warren, MI (Remote) - should be in EST/CST only.
Pay Rate - $32/hour on W2.
Duration - 6 months with possibility of extension.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, resolving conflicts and calendar changes to minimize disruptions for candidates and interview teams.
- Serve as the point of contact on interview days, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onsite experience.
- Provide top-notch candidate care, delivering timely and accurate responses to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Prepare and support documentation required for the interview process when needed.
- Maintain and update candidate records in Workday and other platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage candidate trackers and pre-employment results, leveraging Excel and Workday dashboards.
- Communicate challenges or potential issues to the recruiting team throughout the hiring process.
