Automation Controls Engineer

No C2C. Need to be able to work for any employer in the US immediately. 100% onsite- Bowling Green, KY. Hourly rate benefits and time and a half paid for anything over 40 hours per week.

Industrial Automation Controls Engineer -This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, debugging, and supporting advanced control systems, with a strong emphasis on industrial vision systems, error-proofing applications, and quality improvement projects.

Top Required Skills

1. Ability to support and integrate controls solutions within a large manufacturing environment

2. Keyence Vision Systems

• Strong experience configuring and implementing Keyence vision systems.
• Experience with camera setup, inspection development, troubleshooting, and optimization.

3. FANUC Robot/Cobot Integration

• Experience integrating FANUC robots and collaborative automation solutions.
• Knowledge of FANUC vision applications and automation interfaces.

Responsible for Controls Engineering and system design

Responsible for Industrial Vision systems and autmation

Responsible for continuous improvement projects and technical leadership.

Experience/Education

Bachelor degree in Enigneering required

• 8 years of controls engineering experience preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing automation and production equipment.
• Proven experience leading controls or automation-related projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with PLC programming and industrial controls.
• Experience with HMI development and integration.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of electrical controls, wiring design, and control panel design.
• Familiarity with electrical and industrial safety standards.
• Experience with servo drive hardware and software.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems.

Pay: $53.00 - $58.00 per hour
