We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping / Laundry Supervisor to join our team at a care center in Ionia MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing housekeeping and laundry services in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff
• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Develop and implement cleaning and laundry schedules
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies
• Train and educate staff on proper cleaning and laundry procedures
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery
• Manage budgets and expenses related to housekeeping and laundry services
• Communicate effectively with other departments and staff members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping and laundry management in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
