Under the supervision of the Admissions Director, the Admissions Coordinator assists with the facility census through admissions and re-admissions, to assist in marketing the facility, and to ensure that persons seeking information regarding admission are promptly provided with accurate and appropriate information about the facility.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Admissions Director to coordinate all admissions into the center.
- Schedule admissions timely and appropriately and notify required team members of expected admissions and their individual needs.
- Coordinate admission process to ensure room readiness, 1st Impressions and ensure necessary equipment is in place.
- Greenlight new admissions, welcome them and answer any questions.
- Answer phones timely, respond to inquiries.
- Conduct tours.
- Coordinate timely admission contract completion.
- Work to maintain a census culture within the center.
- Work to maintain and exceed the census goals.
