Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations & ATS Management
- Monitor and manage open requisitions daily within the ADP Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with facility HR and department managers to ensure job postings are accurate, competitive, and compliant.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial interview coordination.
- Maintain recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, applicant flow, and hiring trends.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to assigned facilities to assess workforce needs and staffing challenges.
- Collaborate with administrators, HR, and department leaders to develop recruitment action plans.
- Provide guidance to new and existing managers on hiring best practices, interview techniques, and onboarding expectations.
- Support urgent staffing initiatives and high-priority recruitment campaigns.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and community workforce initiatives throughout Metro Detroit.
- Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, clinical training programs, high schools, and workforce development agencies such as Michigan Works!
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract clinical and non-clinical talent.
- Assist in training new facility managers on recruitment processes, ADP ATS usage, and corporate hiring standards.
- Support implementation of corporate recruitment initiatives designed to reduce agency usage and improve retention.
- Provide feedback to corporate leadership regarding market trends, wage competitiveness, and candidate availability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience in Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site environments.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ADP experience strongly preferred).
- Ability to travel weekly. Will need a dependable vehicle. Mileage is paid out per pay.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
