The Position

I’m looking for a Sales Operations Leader who knows how to connect people, process, and data to drive growth. Someone who can bring structure, clarity, and focus across regions while keeping the human side of leadership front and center.

Your job is to help them level up your team— to create alignment, improve data integrity, and strengthen the connection between sales, marketing, product, and finance. This is a hands-on and strategic role. You’ll partner directly with our sales leadership teams across International, Americas, and OEM, working to make our go-to-market engine more predictable, scalable, and consistent.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a distributed Sales Operations team, building consistency in process, reporting, and execution across regions.
  • Partner closely with FP&A, Product, and Marketing to align data, strategy, and pipeline targets.
  • Drive true sales and marketing alignment, ensuring shared metrics and smooth handoffs across the funnel.
  • Champion data integrity and operational hygiene, turning our systems into a single source of truth.
  • Create standardized sales stages, naming conventions, and guardrails for opportunity management.
  • Improve conversion rates and forecast accuracy, bringing more predictability and confidence to the business.
  • Consolidate business practices across teams, aligning how we plan, track, and measure success.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the leadership team, translating insights into strategy and execution.

  • Experienced leading Sales or Revenue Operations in a global, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong collaborator who enjoys working across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales.

  • Hands-on, curious, and calm under pressure — the kind of leader who can see both the details and the big picture.
