Schedule: 2nd Shift = 3:00pm -11:00pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)

About the Opportunity:
Opsource has partnered with a premier manufacturer of pile and extruded weatherseal products for the window and door industry. As the company experiences rapid growth and prepares for relocation to a much larger facility, we are hiring multiple entry-level Machine Operators for 2nd shift.
This is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company that values safety, quality, and teamwork. Training is provided – no prior machine operating experience is required, but manufacturing experience is a plus!
Job Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently running custom-built machines used to produce weatherstripping and specialty sealing products.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Performing visual and measurement quality inspections
- Loading raw materials and unloading finished products
- Making minor machine adjustments and performing basic repairs
- Recording downtime, scrap, and maintenance needs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to read and follow safety and work instructions
- Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the shift
