Manual Machinist – 1st Shift | $18 /hr DOE

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr, depending on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

OpSource Staffing is hiring an experienced Manual Machinist!

We've partnered with an established Tool & Stamping company that manufactures precision components for the Automotive, Medical, Electronics, and Military industries.

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience operating manual machining equipment who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and grinders.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.

• Machine parts to tight tolerances and quality standards.

• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Previous manual machining experience required.

• Experience with manual mills, lathes, and grinders.

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Tool & die or precision manufacturing experience is a plus.
