Lead Electrician / Foreman
Renfrow Industrial is seeking experienced Lead Electricians / Foremen to oversee industrial electrical crews and ensure safe, high-quality execution of work. This role is ideal for licensed electricians with proven leadership experience.

Normal Working Hours
- Monday through Thursday
- Typical 4x10 schedule
- Overtime as required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate electrical crews
- Ensure code compliance and quality workmanship
- Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety requirements
- Support troubleshooting and field decision-making
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- Work in industrial construction environments
- Remain active and engaged on jobsites throughout the day
