Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented BILINGUAL- SPANISH Personal Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of personal injury, including workers comp and maritime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury and workers’ compensation from intake through resolution.
- Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and develop case strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials as necessary.
- Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical professionals, and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all procedural and ethical standards.
- Provide compassionate client support and ensure clients are informed throughout the legal process.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in [State(s)].
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required.
- 3 years of experience in personal injury law and experience in workers’ compensation.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to client advocacy and delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with case management software (e.g., Needles, Filevine, Clio, or similar).
- Familiarity with federal maritime statutes and Jones Act litigation.
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
