What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Specialist, In-Office, $60,000 annually position at OPS Security Group?
Job Duties / Essential Functions:
- Maintains quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day logistics operations.
- Ensures that resources to meet the staff expectations are executed on, resource utilization are monitored and evaluated for effectiveness and optimal results
- Facilitates communication and flow of information between and among locations, with leadership, and other areas of the organization.
- Analyzes and interprets performance data for use in decision making and process improvement efforts.
- Manages vendor relationships to ensure service delivery and profitability.
- Manages company fleet inventory and maintains operability and accountability of all assets assigned
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- One year of Supply Chain experience or relevant education preferred
- Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening
