In this role, Physical Security Officers (PSO’s) can expect to be working in demanding and fast-paced environments. PSOs may find themselves working in a wide range of areas, including medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues, and public events. Additionally, PSOs may be asked to work with a firearm.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor site and maintain a safe, secure environment
- Perform patrols and report incidents
- Respond calmly to situations and follow post orders.
- Delivering high end customer service
- Responding to emergencies
- Deterring and preventing crime
- Performing ingress/ egress control procedures
- Investigating incidents.
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- Active PA ACT 235 certification
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Reliable for overnight shifts
- Ability to pass background screening, urinalysis, and required training
- Previous experience in security, hospitality, and/or front desk preferred
