OPS Security Group is hiring Armed Security Officers for assignments in New Castle, DE. We are seeking dependable, professional officers who can maintain a safe and secure environment while delivering strong customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor access control and perform ingress/egress procedures
- Conduct foot or vehicle patrols
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Complete daily activity logs and incident reports
- Monitor CCTV systems
- Maintain a professional presence with clients, guests, and staff
- De-escalate conflicts and handle situations professionally
Requirements
- Active DE Red Card required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Prior security experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to pass Physical Agility Test (PAT)
