Job Summary 

In this role, Physical Security Officers (PSO’s) can expect to be working in demanding and fast-paced environments. PSOs may find themselves working in a wide range of areas, including medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues, and public events. The PSO's mission is to protect all assigned people, information, and property, while delivering high-end customer service. PSOs represent the front line of our security services.

Compensation: 

$19 hourly

Job Duties / Essential Functions

•Delivering high end customer service
•Responding to emergencies
•Deterring and preventing crime
•Performing ingress/ egress control procedures
•Investigating incidents
•Completing daily logs and incident reports
•Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols
•Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers
•De-escalating conflicts
•Detaining suspects
•Monitoring CCTV cameras
•Performing other related duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications

• Current and valid DL
• High school diploma or GED
• (1) year experience in security recommended
• Must be able to pass drug screen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent de-escalation skills
• Extensive use of force knowledge
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements

Appearance:

• Officers shall maintain their hair in a neat, clean, and combed professional appearance

**As a per diem officer, you will work on an as-needed basis. Per diem officers are required to work a minimum of 16 hours per month**
