What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skills Instructor position at OPPORTUNITY WORKS INC?
Provide support and employment training to interns participating in the Project Search Program. Providing support to the Program Manager and Campus Coordinator during the class time and running classes from time to time if the Program Manager and/or campus coordinator is unable to do so. This position is based out of the host business and requires the ability to oversee interns in their internships with minimal support.
Qualifications:Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal presentations.
- Have computer skills for Microsoft Office products and be able to utilize basic data bases.
- CPR, First Aide and, MAP preferred.
- Be able to represent Opportunity Works in a positive manner.
- Be reliable and dependable.
Skills, Experience and Education:
- As in human services or related field or 1- 2 years’ experience working with adults who are developmentally disabled.
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Salary : $20 - $21
