House Supervisor - Program Coordinator
Directly supervises 1 Full Time and 8 Part Time Direct Support Professionals. Responsible for running a program for 4 individuals with disabilities.
Hired to work at any OMI site, and sites are located in Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St Cloud, and St Joseph MN
Schedule is 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday, some evenings and weekends may be required based on the needs of the program.
$21.50/hr. If needed on a weekend, there would be a $1/hr differential for weekend work.
The primary role of the Program Coordinator is to oversee a home of four individuals. Ensures compliance with all aspects of the program in regard to the individuals served, Organization, employees, and property. The Program Coordinator is responsible for providing effective leadership and accountability which fosters growth and the development of Direct Support Staff team. The Program Coordinator will provide comprehensive personal care, guidance, and the appropriate support tailored to the needs of each person served to prepare and promote each individual to live as independently as possible.

Previous related experience:
· 1 – 3 years related experience
Other knowledge & skill requirements:
· Read, Write, and Speak English fluently
· Maintain a valid Class D driver’s license and complies with OMI insurance guidelines
· Valid CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications (we train).
Successful completion of DHS Background Study.

Essential Program Coordinator Functions:
· Serve as Site and Program representative and leadership
· Provide leadership; continuously building rapport with staff and persons served through effective interpersonal relationship and conflict resolutions skills.
· Serve as a role model for staff and persons served by fostering a positive work environment supported through effective communication and development/supervision of persons served program and goals.
· Ensure shift coverage is maintained at all times, this may include, but not limited to, staying beyond a scheduled shift, or covering/splitting open shifts with FT or PT Staff.
· Train new staff and assist with continued training and development of staff
· Perform and complete additional job duties as requested or directed by Program Manager, or Program Director.
