Divine House, Inc. is seeking a kind, compassionate and responsible One on One Program Coordinator (PC) to supervise all aspects of the daily operation of a behavioral licensed group home site in Willmar, MN.
The qualified individual will have the ability to effectively supervise direct care staff to ensure the health, safety, and protection of the individual served in the program. The PC will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the individual served Coordinated Service and Support Plan (plan of care). The PC will ensure that they and their staff are providing the necessary support of the individual to ensure that their needs, interests, and preferences are respected and provided for in a safe and healthy environment that maximizes personal success have past experience with behavioral individuals including but not limited to physical aggression, verbal aggression. Must have past experience with positive reinforcement, behavioral interventions, and situations and be motivated to work as a team to improve the quality of life of the individual being served while assuring a safe and healthy environment. The PC must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and be able to create documents that are legible and accurate.
Must pass Minnesota Department of Human Services background.
Must have a valid drivers license.
