Essential Functions & Key Areas of Responsibility
- Daily loan file maintenance review.
- New loan file maintenance review.
- 10% loan file maintenance review.
- Document file maintenance errors and missing documentation.
- Review and verify electronic document storage.
- Ensure loans on the Core match loan origination software.
- Private mortgage insurance boarding testing.
- Flood insurance boarding testing.
- Collateral lien position testing.
- Reconcile General Ledger accounts daily.
- Prepare management response documents.
- Assist with Audit and Exam preparation.
- Payoff charge testing.
- Payoff letter testing.
- Escrow analysis exclude code testing.
- Document collection for Audits.
- Complete ongoing Loan Servicing Quality Control training, as assigned, in a timely manner.
- Provide back up to team as needed.

Experience
Preferred- 1 year(s): Previous banking experience
- 1 year(s): 1 year experience in loan compliance, servicing, lending, underwriting, processing, or relevant experience.
Education
Required- High School or better
- Associates or better in Finance or related field
- Associates or better in Economics or related field
- Associates or better in Business Administration or related field
- Associates or better in Accounting or related field
