We are adding to our outstanding team with a Loan Servicing Escrow Specialist in Helena. As an Escrow Specialist, you will be responsible for performing escrow management duties necessary to service loans from closing to payoff:
- Answer/resolve email and phone inquiries in a timely manner while interacting courteously and professionally with all customers and co-workers.
- Complete daily/monthly/quarterly required reports.
- Assist with set-up, tracking, maintaining, and processing all insurance (including force placed and flood) for mortgage or consumer/commercial loans.
- Assist with set-up, tracking, maintaining, processing, and payment of property taxes.
- Assist with set-up, tracking, maintaining, and processing private mortgage insurance terminations, cancellations, and requests per investor guidelines.
- Assist with processing repurchases and partial releases.
- Assist with processing escrow analysis as needed.
- Pay weekly and monthly bills for vendors.
- Complete escrow maintenance required steps with paid off loan files.
- Develop an understanding of investor requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Education and Experience:
6 months general office experience
General knowledge of accounting or equivalent training to become familiar with basic accounting principles and terminology and account balancing
