What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) position at Opportunities?
We have an exciting, mission-based opportunity in a coastal Maine community. PCHC invites you to become part of one of the most inventive FQHCs in the country. The Therapist provides assessments and counseling for all age groups, modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Comfort working with patients with dual diagnosis.
- Comfort working with Pediatric patient populations
- Experience in using trauma-informed care models.
All externally hired LCSW/LCPC/LMFT's will receive a sign-on/retention bonus ranging from $5,000 to $15,000, depending on prior experience!
PCHC’s Seaport Community Health Center received the highest level of recognition as a Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The practice is poised later this year to move into a new, state-of-the art facility just steps away in the same meticulously and beautifully landscaped campus.
