Therapist

The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting addressing addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Delivers clinical care, leads therapy groups, develops treatment plans, and ensures documentation compliance.
• Collaborates with residents, families, and referral sources to coordinate care and post-discharge services.
• Acts as a clinical resource, participates in supervision, and maintains professional development.
• Upholds confidentiality and professionalism, embodying core values of integrity, compassion, and teamwork.
  
  

Qualifications include a master’s-level license (e.g., LCSW, LCPC) with experience in addiction treatment, active Maine licensure, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Working in a residential environment, typical schedule is Tuesday–Thursday, with on-call coverage as needed. The full-time role offers a salary starting at $90,000/year plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
