We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor!
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role behind the scenes—guiding your team and maintaining clean, comfortable spaces that enhance every guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
- Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.
- Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.
- Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
