What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA/LABA position at Opportunities?
Schedule: 30 hours- flexible day shift hours
$5,000 sign on bonus paid out in 60, 120, 180 days
Key Responsibilities
- Designing care plans that are rooted in unique strengths, interests and need
- Supporting caregivers with compassionate coaching.
- Shaping meaningful outcomes through evidence-based practice
- Training, supporting and mentoring ABA staff in a collaborative, empowering approach
- Clear, concise, and objective documentation reflecting the quality of care provided

Who We’re Looking For:
- 3 years’ experience as a BCBA/LABA
- A BCBA who believes that goals should serve the person, not the program.
- A clinician who knows ABA can and should evolve and wants to be part of that evolution.
- A teammate who values transparency, honesty, and compassion for clients, families, and coworkers.
