Key Responsibilities
- Designing care plans that are rooted in unique strengths, interests and need
- Supporting caregivers with compassionate coaching.
- Shaping meaningful outcomes through evidence-based practice
- Training, supporting and mentoring ABA staff in a collaborative, empowering approach
- Clear, concise, and objective documentation reflecting the quality of care provided
- Leadership that respects and supports work-life balance
- Manageable caseloads so you can deliver quality, individualized care

- 3 years’ experience as a BCBA/LABA
