Buck Company LLC is searching for a dependable, experienced Facilities Technician to join our 1st shift team in Quarryville, PA! As a Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining our buildings, equipment, and workspaces. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will perform a variety of hands‑on maintenance tasks to ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and compliant.

What You'll Do:
- Assist the Facilities Manager with daily facility and maintenance activities
- Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance as needed
- Complete general carpentry work in office and foundry areas
- Repair and finish drywall; perform painting and patching as required
- Install lighting fixtures and assist with basic electrical tasks (as qualified)
- Assemble and install office furniture and fixtures
- Perform routine facility maintenance, including floor patching and general repairs
- Maintain compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Support a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Required Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Clear and effective communication skills with team members and leadership
- Ability to safely perform essential job functions in accordance with Buck Company safety policies
- Reliable, regular, and punctual attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related trade
- Basic electrical experience
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
