Opportunities for Otsego's Energy Services team is seeking a skilled office administrator to organize and coordinate office operations and procedures for Housing and Energy Services Programs, including OFO's Weatherization Assistance Program.

Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and directing program communications
- Assisting clients with application intake process as needed and accurately determining client eligibility per program requirements
- Performing data entry, preparing and maintaining client files, waiting lists and referral files
- Maintaining material and equipment inventories, and processing program procurement and purchasing

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED/HSED required; Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred; two years of relevant experience in office administration, including general clerical duties and inventory control; computer skills, including database, spreadsheet and word processing; valid, unrestricted New York State driver’s license.
