Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 15 Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Foster a collaborative, high-energy environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, negotiation skills, and consultative selling
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Monitor KPIs and pipeline metrics to ensure consistent performance and forecast accuracy
- Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand customer base
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize lead generation and customer experience
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, and product enhancements
- Manage sales budgets, resource allocation, and incentive programs
- Utilize CRM tools to ensure data integrity and actionable insights
- REQUIRED: Must currently possess or ability to obtain appropriate licensing, including Ohio Health and Life
- 8 years of progressive sales experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in managing and scaling sales teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
