This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, based in Columbus, OH. The role is responsible for designing and managing financial models, analyzing financial data to support decision-making, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and aligning financial strategies with business objectives. This position will collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for cost optimization, provide actionable insights, and support long-term financial planning initiatives. The role also requires preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders at various levels.
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience working with complex financial data
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Finance-related processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills
- Ability to clearly present financial information to diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
