Ensure the quality of product via in-process inspection and audits of products manufactured, traceability, and reject; contain all non-conforming fascias and components within department.

Job Description
- Ensure quality products using the appropriate daily check methods.
- Ensure presence of validated and up-to-date work instructions and temporary work instructions and that they are followed.
- Ensure traceability: all appropriate information is recorded properly and legibly.
- Record rejected parts and their related problems on DMN’s or problem forms. (Supplier and internal rejects daily.)
- Validate production through visual inspections.
- Follow up on problems and corrective actions.
- Work with production to develop corrective actions and continuous improvements.
- Do complete analysis of customer returns and relate appropriate analysis information to Quality Engineer for review.
- Perform In-Process-Inspection audits daily for bumpers and small parts and report process related defects to the Quality Engineer.
- Return all non-conforming internal products to the attention of the Quality Engineer.
- Other tasks as directed by manager.
