We are seeking an experienced BAS Project Manager to lead building automation and controls projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout. This role manages schedule, budget, field teams, subcontractors, and client coordination across commercial, institutional, and public-sector facilities.
This position is ideal for a PM who understands field execution, airport constraints, and tight coordination—not just schedules and paperwork.

- Manage BAS projects end-to-end (planning, execution, closeout)
- Coordinate technicians, engineers, vendors, and commissioning teams.
- Track schedules, job costs, materials and change orders.
- Oversee submittals, installation sequencing, startup, and commissioning.
- Minimum 5 years managing BAS/controls projects.
- Strong understanding HVAC Controls and DDC systems.
- Experience with platforms such as Niagara, Siemens, JCI, Honeywell, or Schneider.
- Ability to read plans, specs, and control sequences.
- Strong communication and field coordination skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Projects; ERP or project software a plus.
