The Vice President of Sales is responsible for executing the company’s revenue strategy while leading and scaling a high performing sales organization. This role oversees all sales functions including strategy, prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting, and closing. The VP of Sales works cross functionally with marketing, customer success, and executive leadership to drive sustainable revenue growth through new logo and expansion.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
110,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Lehi Headquarters)

Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Growth
- Assist in developing and executing the company’s overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Own and manage the sales forecast, pipeline health, and revenue performance metrics
- Drive predictable and scalable revenue growth
- Expert in using AI tools throughout the prospect journey
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Establish sales goals, quotas, and performance benchmarks
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Run weekly and monthly pipeline reviews
- Build a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Optimize sales processes, methodologies, and tools
- Monitor key performance indicators including pipeline creation & conversion, deal velocity, and win rates,& Rep Activity
- Ensure pipeline coverage, stage discipline, and deal quality
- Identify risk early and eliminate end-of-quarter / end-of-year surprises
- Partner with marketing to align demand generation and sales enablement strategies
- Ensure Hubspot and maintain reliable forecasting
- Build a culture where coaching is constant, and wins are repeatable
- Represent the sales organization as a key member of RevOps in meetings and strategic planning.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the Multi-Family housing industry preferred
- 10 years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in sales leadership
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful sales teams
- Deep expertise in:
- Pipeline management
- Forecasting
- CRM discipline
- Sales process design
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with Hubspot, Gongand sales analytics tools
