You will be working directly with a founder who has spent 9 years as a serial entrepreneur, driving four companies from pure ideation to acquisition, including:

• Therapy Animal Hub (Healthtech) — Acquired
• Oakland Creek Inc (Multifamily Brokerage) — Acquired at $225M ACV
• Siteground Group (Proptech) — Acquired
• Shin-bar (Biomed Consumer Product) — Acquired

And currently scaling:

• Trikin Holdings — a proptech venture in growth mode

This is hands-on mentorship from a founder who has built and exited in multiple industries: real estate, proptech, consumer biomed, and healthtech.

We’re building a cohort of Operator-Apprentices who will be coached directly into becoming real operators, with real businesses, and long-term earning potential.

This is not a job.

It’s a founder-led apprenticeship designed for:

You bring the idea (or early traction).

The founder brings the frameworks, systems, and operator playbook used to drive four acquisitions in nine years.

Terms & Alignment

The program requires:

• Tuition (starting $500/mo depending on complexity)
• 5–10% revenue share as your business grows
• 5–20% equity

The founder wins only when you win.
