This is an entry-level position for anyone looking to start a career, with a proven record of success selling, closing sales, and meeting weekly/monthly goals.If you are looking for a new career, are a new graduate, or looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills, apply!Responsibilities:Agents have the opportunity to sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, motorcycle, SR-22, home, renters, commercial, and more. This variety allows you to grow your knowledge and increase earning potential.Details:Starting pay is $18 Hourly pay plus commission without a license$20/hour pay plus commission with a license.Bi-weekly and monthly bonus compensationPresent and sell auto insurance policies and services to new and existing customers.Prospect and contact potential customers via phone, email, and in-person.Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.We will help train for license for new agents.Qualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. (Such as outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas required.Ability to build rapport with customers.Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, reading, and listening.People-oriented.Self-motivated.Ability to multi-task.Deadline and detail oriented.Bilingual (Spanish) is a must.Education and Background:previous sales experience, or a current Broker's license.Schedule:Monday-Friday8:00AM-7:00PMSaturday9:00AM-5:00PM
