Reports To: Director of Program Administration
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Operation Breakthrough is seeking an engaging and motivated Entrepreneurship Facilitator to lead our high school Entrepreneurship Lab. This role focuses on delivering hands-on, project-based learning experiences that introduce students to business concepts, innovation, and real-world career skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily entrepreneurship sessions for high school students
- Lead students through business idea development, planning, and pitching
- Teach foundational concepts such as financial literacy, marketing, and budgeting
- Create engaging, project-based learning experiences
- Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Collaborate with staff, community partners, and guest speakers
- Track student progress and provide mentorship and feedback
- Support workforce readiness and leadership skill development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Entrepreneurship, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with high school students preferred
- Knowledge of entrepreneurship, business, or financial literacy
- Strong communication, facilitation, and mentorship skills
- Passion for youth development and education
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project-based or experiential learning
- Entrepreneurial or small business experience
- Background in workforce development or career readiness programs
