As a shift leader you will be responsible for operating plastic injection mold machines, while also keeping the flow of production at maximum level of efficiency and making sure your team is performing at the highest level. Qualifications:
Work Schedule: train on 1st shift 7am-4pm Mon-Friday for 3-5 weeks then move to 2nd shift (3pm-11:30am Mon-Friday)
Pay Rate: $19-21 depending on experience

Qualifications:

- Forklift experience
- Mechanically savvy and understand how to troubleshoot issues
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Positive attitude
