Responsibilities:
In this client-facing role, you’ll be a trusted health advocate for parents and children, helping them build healthier lifestyles and brighter futures. Your daily work will include:
- Welcoming clients with professionalism and empathy
- Assessing eligibility based on health, income, and residency criteria
- Providing one-on-one and group nutrition counseling
- Recommending food packages and specialized formulas
- Monitoring growth and iron status
- Accurately documenting and maintaining client records
- Supporting quality assurance initiatives
- Participating in outreach and community engagement efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- A minimum of 24 credit hours in Food & Nutrition coursework
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Passion for working with diverse populations
- Comfortable with light physical activity (e.g., bending, lifting, extended periods of sitting)
- Schedule:
??Mon–Thurs: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
??Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
??3rd Saturday/month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Pay: $30/hour (paid weekly!)
