Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Engage with Spanish and English-speaking prospects and customers to recommend, quote, and sell insurance coverage.
- Client Engagement: Assist customers with policy questions, coverage updates, and cross-selling additional insurance products.
- Account Support: Process payments, handle policy changes, and ensure accurate client records in compliance with agency standards.
- Learn & Grow: Actively participate in sales coaching and master agency products and tools.
- Language: Fully fluent in Spanish and English (Required).
- Experience: Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service (No insurance background required!).
- Drive: Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in an intense, fast-paced environments.
- Licensing: Ability to study for and pass the P&C and Life & Health insurance licensing exams before starting.
- Schedule: Full-time schedule with occasional Saturday morning hours.
