- Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools or machinery
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Position and align parts accurately based on measurements or templates
- Perform quality control checks to ensure components meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment
- Prepare materials and workstations by reviewing part lists and gathering necessary tools
- Document production progress and complete quality forms
- Follow all safety procedures, company rules, and guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and report low supplies as needed
- Assist in multiple assembly areas as needed based on production demands
- High school diploma, GED, or 1β3 months of related experience preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English
- Basic math skills: able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Comfortable using standard hand tools
- No certifications or licenses required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift
- Frequent use of hands to handle small components and tools
