Head of Pricing

Are you ready to shape the future of pricing for a global technology leader? We're seeking a Head of Pricing to define and drive pricing strategy across a $5B multi-product portfolio, including the monetization of cutting-edge AI and agentic capabilities.

In this high-impact role, you'll lead a global pricing team and partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and GTM leaders to simplify pricing models, enhance customer clarity, and empower sales execution. Your insights will influence executive-level decisions, ensuring pricing strategies align with growth objectives and market dynamics.

You'll also champion pricing governance across products and services, balancing innovation with operational excellence. What You'll Do

• Lead pricing and packaging strategy for On-Premises, SaaS, services offerings
• Own the monetization strategy for a comprehensive portfolio of AI/Agentic products
• Develop value-based, usage-aligned pricing and packaging models that support growth.
• Strengthen and develop a global pricing team and operational processes.
• Simplify current pricing structures to improve upsell, cross-sell, migration motions and customer experience.
• Prepare recommendations and insights for the Executive Pricing Council.
• Define pricing metrics and optimize price realization and margins based on performance
• Enable Sales and GTM teams with pricing guidance and training.

What You'll Bring

• 10 years in enterprise software pricing; recent SaaS pricing experience required.
• 5 years leading pricing strategy, packaging design, and/or monetization strategy.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and market insight skills.
• Ability to influence at senior executive levels and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience leading global teams and improving pricing systems and workflows.
• Knowledge of AI or usage-based pricing models is a plus.
