Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Security Guard role located in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities include ensuring the physical security of the premises, monitoring access to the property, patrolling designated areas, and promptly responding to incidents as they arise. Additional duties include managing personnel security protocols, providing professional customer service, and maintaining a strong security presence. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security procedures
- Proven Interpersonal and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, visitors, and team members
- Ability to act professionally, remain alert, and respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures; prior security experience is a plus
- Ability to stand or patrol for extended hours; physical fitness is required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; security certification or training is preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Clean background check and valid security guard license as per California state regulations
