Description 

The Traffic Coordinator and Configuration Specialist is primarily responsible for coordinating onboarding schedules and managing internal communication to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of OpenTech services. This role owns scheduling and calendar management for the Onboarding Specialist team and serves as a central coordination point across onboarding activities. 

In addition to traffic coordination, this role performs backend configuration by independently completing system setup and configuration tasks according to documented requirements. The Traffic Coordinator and Configuration Specialist must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable as processes evolve. This role may also support special projects as requested by the Onboarding Manager, Project Coordinator, or Team Lead. 

Responsibilities 

• Manage and coordinate onboarding schedules for the Onboarding Specialist team 
• Schedule onboarding appointments accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining and updating onboarding calendars and project tracking tools 
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal requests related to scheduling and onboarding coordination 
• Monitor, engage, and report on onboarding backlog progress 
• Complete backend system configuration and setup tasks based on documented requirements 
• Ensure configuration details are accurate and properly documented 
• Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Onboarding, Service, and Management to support successful implementations 
• Identify, communicate, and escalate scheduling, capacity, or planning issues 
• Adhere to company protocols, processes, and procedures 
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude 
 

Qualifications:

Qualifications 

• Strong aptitude for understanding technology, including software and hardware 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow defined processes 
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of internal stakeholder needs 
• Professional, responsive, and reliable in all communications 

 

Education, Experience, and Training 

• Proven experience in scheduling, project coordination, technical support, or similar roles 
• Comfortable working across multiple computer systems and internal tools 
• Experience creating, running, and interpreting reports 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint 
• CRM experience preferred, Dynamics is a plus but not required 
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered 

 

Hours: Hours will adjust seasonally due to daylight saving time. The shift will alternate between 5:00 am and 6:00 am Arizona start time. 

Location: Must be able to work on site in Phoenix; this is not a work-from-home position 

Salary : $21 - $23
