About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, analysis, and core accounting functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting audits, and contributing to business insights that drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation
- Perform account reconciliations including bank and balance sheet accounts
- Analyze budget vs. actual performance and provide variance explanations
- Manage Accounts Payable processes and related reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations
- Maintain and prepare weekly cash flow reports
- Maintaining organized AP documentation, support records, and accurate processing of 1099s annually
- Prepare and schedule payments via check, ACH, Credit Card, or wire transfer
- Managing AP approval workflows
- Manage and execute the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
- Liaison for Billing specialists’ team on contracts termination and activation
- Insurance COI
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Experience with financial statements and month-end close
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
