Location: Midtown Manhattan
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Typical shifts are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $26.50/hour
Opportunity for overtime and schedule flexibility between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM operations
We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven professional to join a high-end corporate environment supporting workplace experience, conference services, and daily office operations. This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, hotels, airlines, corporate reception, or other client-facing environments who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet, escort, and badge guests and visitors upon arrival
- Provide a welcoming experience for internal and external clients
- Coordinate and manage meeting room scheduling through EMS (Event Management System)
- Monitor shared inboxes and dashboards for meeting and event requests
- Move meetings, assign conference rooms, and manage frequent TBD scheduling requests
- Coordinate with catering vendors and internal teams to support meetings and events
- Conduct confirmation calls and communications for scheduled meetings
- Prepare and inspect meeting rooms before and after meetings
- Support operations across 5 managed floors, while assisting with additional floors as needed
- Maintain professionalism and high-touch customer service in an upscale corporate environment
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, hotel, airline, corporate reception, or workplace experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multitasking and managing changing priorities
- Professional presentation and polished demeanor
- Experience with scheduling systems, calendars, or event coordination is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to customer service
