Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $22/hour

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Services Associate with a strong print background to join a prestigious law firm in Nashville. While legal print experience is highly preferred, we are open to candidates with strong general print production skills who can adapt quickly to a legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume print production, including legal documents, presentations, and client materials.
• Operate and maintain digital and offset printing equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to firm standards.
• Coordinate binding, finishing, and delivery of printed materials.
• Handle scanning, copying, and document preparation requests from attorneys and staff.
• Maintain an organized and efficient print workflow to meet tight deadlines.
• Assist with other office services tasks as needed, such as mailroom operations, supply ordering, and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in professional print production; legal print experience a plus.
• Proficiency with high-volume copiers, printers, and finishing equipment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
