Massachusetts, MA Full Time
POSTED ON 1/6/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/6/2026
How You Will Make An Impact…

We are looking for a Vice President of Product Management to join our Network Experience Group (NXG). In this senior leadership role, you’ll shape the strategy and development of our Network Experience solutions. You will lead a team of Product Managers while you drive the strategic product direction through influence, collaboration, and industry expertise.

As a primary voice of the customer, you will work with your team to define the product roadmap and market requirements for all NXG solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring the roadmap is tightly aligned with our broader Product Management strategy.

As a product management leader, you’ll champion best practices across the full product life cycle—from idea to delivery—while working closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Executive leaders to optimize how our product function delivers value.

The successful candidate will operate with confident humility, will have a hunger to expand their knowledge and influence, and will be adept at working with people across multiple functional disciplines. You will bring a deep experience in people leadership, a track record for delivering value-creating products to life, and a strong familiarity with the telecom industry. You will be responsible for translating big data into meaningful insights that help shape the future of Opensignal’s solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the product management team overseeing the entire NXG product suite.
  • Define the strategic product roadmap to align with customer needs and stakeholder priorities.
  • Collaborate with Development and Data Science teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Ensure strong product–market fit and lead go-to-market plans.
  • Translate business questions and customer needs into clear, measurable requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional efforts, ensuring clarity on the importance of key deliverables.
  • Prioritize continuously to achieve the fastest time to market with maximum impact.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers to execute on growth strategy.
  • Evangelize across the organization to strengthen use of product management best practices.

You might be a fit if you can demonstrate experience on the following:

  • 5 years of proven, direct Product Leadership experience.
  • Leading a team of product management professionals.
  • Telecom industry experience, ideally as a vendor of analytics products.
  • Proven experience developing new analytics products in a start-up like environment.
  • Translating big data into actionable insights.
  • Working effectively in a remote, distributed timezone and team environment.
  • Contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
  • Owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Advocating for critical customer and stakeholder priorities during executive-level planning.
  • Thriving in small to mid-size, fast-paced technology companies overcoming unique challenges associated with global ambitions and limited resources.
  • Familiarity with the use of AI for internal productivity and the potential utility within the product offering
