OpenJobs AI is an end-to-end autonomous recruiting platform powered by Mira, our AI agent that works around the clock to automate candidate sourcing, outreach, and preliminary screening. We hit $2M ARR in 4 months and are backed by top-tier investors. We're now looking for a creative and driven intern to help us grow and scale our social media presence.
The Role
You'll be the person behind our LinkedIn and X accounts, responsible for growing our brand presence in the HR tech and AI recruiting space. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one.
What You Will Do
- Create and publish content on LinkedIn and X (3-4 posts per week on LinkedIn, daily on X)
- Develop content across formats: product updates, industry insights, customer stories, and thought leadership
- Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and iterate based on data
- Stay on top of trends in AI, recruiting, and HR tech to keep our content relevant
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on messaging and brand voice
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience managing B2B social media accounts is required
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is required, as you will work closely with a Chinese-speaking founding team
- Excellent written English with a natural feel for voice and tone
- Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Genuine interest in AI and the future of work
- Comfortable creating content for a US B2B audience
Compensation
- $20-$25/hour
- Part-time or internship
- Remote, open to candidates across the US
