Open Hand is looking for friendly, dependable servers who genuinely enjoy taking care of people.
We're building a clean, welcoming, and polished neighborhood restaurant and tavern where great service doesn't mean being formal—it means being attentive, personable, and making guests feel comfortable.

- Willing to learn the menu and make recommendations
- Serving experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
What You'll Do
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide attentive, friendly service
- Learn the menu and help guests with selections
- Run food and drinks
- Maintain clean tables and guest areas
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Work with bartenders and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
- Help create an experience that brings guests back
Pay: $8–$10/hour tips, based on experience
Primarily evening shifts. Friday and Saturday availability is important.
