Marketing and Social Media Internship
Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing and Social Media Intern for a part-time, hybrid position based in Cleveland, OH. You will assist in executing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and engaging with customers to strengthen our brand presence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ideating and producing content for Instagram and Facebook. This includes advertising the firm, maintaining firm branding, coordinating campaigns, assisting with public relations opportunities, and sourcing event and tabling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Marketing, PR, Communications, or Fashion student.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of audiences effectively.
- Experience in market research and developing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and strategies to support overall marketing efforts.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is required.
Fashion Design Internship
Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Fashion Design Internship role based in Cleveland, OH.
In this internship, you will assist with programming community sewing class curricula. This includes ideating, sourcing or drafting patterns, forming curriculum, posting about the classes, and implementing the program.
This internship offers hands-on experience in the fashion industry while allowing you to engage directly with sustainability and local economic development initiatives.

Merchandising and Operations Intern
Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Merchandising and Operations Intern role located in Cleveland, OH. You will assist with daily operations management, support merchandising initiatives, and participate in analyzing sales trends to optimize inventory. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, supporting internal communication, and contributing to efficient workflow processes. The position offers a hands-on learning experience in merchandising and operations in the textile and non-profit industries. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, merchandising, managing and costing products in Thrifted Threads, and assisting the team and the Design Intern with instructor outreach.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills with an ability to interpret data and trends
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members
- Knowledge or experience in Sales and Operations Management
- Project Management skills to coordinate and execute tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Passion for sustainability is a plus
- Fashion Merchandising or Non-Profit Operations student
